MPAC 101 for REALTORS®

MPAC Assessment 101 for REALTORS® provides valuable background information regarding property assessment in Ontario, including an update on the most recent 2017-20 Reassessment.
Instructor Marc Laurin will cover details as to how MPAC collects data, and how to correctly calculate property taxes using the phase-in assessment value. Marc will show REALTORS® how they can access Assessment, Site, Structural, Sales Data, and the increasingly popular AVM product, which produces a real-time market value.
